DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Yes, we offer a return or exchange on hairpieces that have not been worn, treated in any way, washed or tampered with. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You must first contact us at (email@example.com) within the fourteen (14) day return period and we will guide you through the process. All OTT Hairpieces must be returned in the original packaging with the hangtags still intact and attached. The packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Please note that refunds or exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN & EXCHANGE?
You are responsible for ALL return and exchange shipping costs. When you return or exchange a product, please be advised that you will be responsible for the package until we have received it. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund (of the product purchase price ex. shipping) will be issued to you within thirty (30) days after we have received, inspected and confirmed the condition of the returned goods.
